Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our products and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Details are entered on a secure page which we cannot view.

PayPal is a secure, established electronic payments system which allows you to make credit and debit card payments over the internet without having to pass your details to the retailer.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO MAKE A TRANSACTION - the system allows you to make a one-off transaction using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, etc.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled or amended in part or whole at any time prior to dispatch. Please contact hayley@myfurryfriend.co.uk to cancel an order. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch, but if you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent but within 7 days of the date of delivery, you may return the order for a full refund. Please give us the order number, your name & address, contact telephone number and e-mail address in any correspondence to us. Please ensure that all items being returned to us are adequately packaged and insured for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us via a third party. Once we receive the goods back into our possession, your refund will then be transacted and an e-mail will be sent to you as confirmation. Return postage is not refundable.

BUY AS MANY PRODUCTS AS YOU LIKE AND YOU WILL ONLY PAY THE POSTAGE CHARGE FOR THE HIGHEST CATEGORY, (so buy 2 charms and you will pay £0.75p p&p, buy 2 mugs and you will pay £2.50 p&p and buy 5 items, say 3 charms and 2 mugs and you will still only pay £2.50 P&P.) THE HIGHEST POSTAGE CHARGE IS CAPPED AT £3.00 PER ORDER (if you order a draught excluder/door stop with your order)

All orders up to 1.25kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail first class mail. If an order weighs over 1.25kg, it will be sent by Royal Mail Standard parcels or Courier. Postal receipts are obtained for all packages sent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - WE WILL SHIP ABROAD, BUT PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A SHIPPING COST QUOTE BEFORE PURCHASING AS ALL DELIVERY CHARGES QUOTED ARE TO THE UK ONLY.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship the majority of orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Confirmation of dispatch of orders will be sent by e-mail on dispatch or shipment of all orders.

Back Orders
We have a plentiful stock of products, but should any item that you have ordered not be in stock, we will e-mail you to let you know. You will then have the option for us to back order the item for you, or cancel the order and obtain a refund if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges We are not currently VAT registered.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
